Product

All of our pottery is handmade and fired in wood burning kilns. The results are authentic vessels with unique characteristics. No two pieces are exactly alike. Subtle differences impart beauty and originality. Surface firing cracks may be found and do not affect the integrity of the pottery.

Terms

All orders are FOB our warehouse and we accept checks, Visa or Mastercard. Champa offers net 30 days terms with approved credit. Late payments on credit will incur a 1.5% interest charge per month. Special orders require a 50% deposit. NFS checks will be charged $25. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Minimum amount for shipment is $300. We ship by common carrier. As freight costs are constantly changing please call for a spot quote.

Many of our products are sold in sets. A set of three will be a large, medium and small pot nested. As a large portion of the cost is based on ocean freight, or cubic feet within a shipping container, nested sets are the most economical manner of getting the most for the dollar.

Damages

We package all items for shipping with great care. Often the pottery comes in crates that we then strap onto pallets. We have less than one percent breakage. Yet sometimes with handling damages occur. Therefore it is essential to properly receive our products.

All shipped items must be inspected upon arrival. Please note damages on the driver’s delivery receipt or bill of lading for credit consideration. Full credit will not be given to those who do not make notations on the driver’s delivery receipt. A damage report with copies of this documtation must be filed to Champa within 48 hours. Images are certainly helpful to obtain credit.
