Champa Ceramics was built on the premise of supplying wholesale customers with unique, inspired outdoor garden pottery at great prices. We design many of our styles, often including historical elements of Southeast Asian origins. Shipping
From our large warehouse located in Seattle we ship to every state via common carrier in a matter of days. Usually orders are shipped next day, according to your requirements. We can drop ship orders at job sites or customer’s residence. For packaging we place our ceramics in open wooded crates surrounded by foam padding. These crates are then strapped onto pallets and shipped by common carrier. Utilizing a broad array of truckers we find the best rate to your establishment or job site. Please be careful when opening crates as nails do get rusty.
Pricing
Call for current pricing or to have a wholesale price sheet sent to you. Our minimum for shipping is $300.00, although there is no minimum for items picked up from our warehouse. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please contact us if you are interested in establishing an open account.
Damages
Although our packaging is some of the best in the industry sometimes damages in transport do occur. All items must be inspected and damage, if found, must be noted on the carriers delivery receipt at time of arrival. Without this notation carriers will not accept responsibility and credit will not be issued. Notify Champa of any damages within 48 hours of receiving goods.
Container Direct
We ship full containers of pottery direct from our Asian factories to customers at dramatically discounted prices. Please call for details.
Terms
Unless other arrangements have been made all orders are shipped prepaid, FOB our warehouse in Seattle. Payment is accepted by check, Mastercard or Visa.
